6063-T52 Grade Aluminum Round Tube
6063-T52 aluminum is a heat-treated architectural alloy known for its smooth surface finish, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior extrudability. Alloyed primarily with magnesium and silicon, 6063 achieves its T52 temper through controlled cooling from an elevated temperature forming process followed by artificial aging, resulting in improved strength while maintaining excellent formability and appearance.
Recognized as one of the most widely used architectural aluminum alloys, 6063-T52 is ideal for applications requiring lightweight strength, precise extruded shapes, and an attractive finished surface. Its excellent response to anodizing and finishing processes makes it especially well suited for decorative and exposed applications.
